Does Crewline handle my award?
Start from an award template or a simple set of pay rules, then check the rates against the Fair Work pay guide. Crewline applies weekend, public holiday, overtime and casual loadings to every timesheet. Pay shows as an estimate until a manager confirms the rates.
Do my staff need to download an app?
No. Crewline opens in the phone’s browser and can be added to the home screen like an app. It works on iPhone and Android.
How does GPS clock-in work? Is it private?
Each site has a clock-in zone. When someone clocks in or out, Crewline checks whether they’re inside it and flags it for review if not. Location is only read on the clock screen, never tracked during a shift.
Can I export to my payroll software?
Yes. Export a CSV with each person’s payroll ID, hours for each pay category and gross pay. It opens in Excel and can be imported into your payroll system.
Where is my data stored?
In Sydney, Australia. Each business’s data is kept separate from every other business.
What does it cost?
Crewline is free while we onboard our founding teams. Paid plans will be priced per active staff member, and founding teams keep their rate.
